You'll be given three different wine varietals and a "house blend". Your goal is to experiment by combining the three varietals in different percentages to create a blend that closely matches the taste and characteristics of the house blend.

How to Approach the Blending:
Taste each varietal individually: Before you start blending, take some time to taste each of the three varietals on their own. Use the "Five S's" of wine tasting: See, Swirl, Sniff, Sip, and Savor. Pay attention to their unique characteristics:
Acidity: Does it make your mouth water?
Sweetness: Is it sweet, dry, or somewhere in between?
Tannins: Does it leave a drying sensation in your mouth?
Body: Is it light and water-like, or full-bodied and creamy?
